I have sucessfully applied for a 4-year research project entitled "Intentionality and Symbolic Construction". The project, which will be funded by the Austrian Science Fund, deals with Hermann Weyl's phenomenological philosophy of physics and will be carried out at the University of Graz and Stanford University. Please refer to this site for details.
I will give a talk on thought experiments, understanding and science fiction on February 23. The talk is part of a workshop that is hosted by the Jean Nicod Institute in Paris, France.
