HARALD A. WILTSCHE
Philosopher

My fields of specialization are history of 19th and 20th century philosophy, philosophy of science and phenomenology. My current research focuses on thought experiments, on scientific realism, on the use of scientific instruments and models, and on related issues such as the role and nature of intuitions. My methodological approach to these issues is largely phenomenological. In case you are wondering what "phenomenology" means in this context, I try to give a very brief answer here.
